Dr Benjamin Ang explains that active individuals and those with certain anatomical variations may be more susceptible to developing FAI, particularly when repetitive movements place additional stress on the hip.<\/p><p>He highlights that symptoms such as groin pain, hip discomfort, and reduced mobility should be ignored, as untreated FAI may accelerate joint degeneration and increase the risk of osteoarthritis.
